Treatment can be slow in some chronic cases. Many clients start by having a weekly session and then reducing the number of treatments as their condition improves. Monthly or six weekly top up sessions can help to maintain good health.

i.e.: - improve immune system, sleep, blood circulation, reduce stress, anxiety and clear out the build up of toxins from the body.

Testimonial for Cranio Sacral Therapy

Having retired from being a Health care professional, and still suffering from debilitating headaches, which had been present all my adult life (despite medication), I was persuaded to try a drug-free therapy.

To my surprise the improvement following Joy’s treatment of Cranio Sacral therapy has been amazing.  Headaches are now few, and of no significance, and I am able to live a normal life.

How does CRANIO SACRAL THERAPY work?
Cranio Sacral Therapy has been pioneered as an advanced specific technique designed for energetic body/mind therapy work.  A light technique that activates the body’s own energies, they are encouraged to flow through channels or along nerve pathways to all parts, systems and areas of the body.

Cranio sacral fluid (CSF) is activated and improved for oiling the bones of the head, spine, together with bathing and feeding the nervous system. Rebalances sutures in the head, normalizes systems down to tissue and membrane levels, also affects the automatic nervous system and helps to bring about improvements to damaged nerve areas.

Cranio Sacral Therapy is very relaxing and induces a deep sense of relaxation that enables the body’s own healing mechanisms to restore health and balance.

Testimonial for Reflexology

Lovely to meet you. I felt so much better after my Reflexology session. Tummy is not right but after just one treatment it feels so much better.  I know I need more sessions and will be coming back to complete a course.

How does Reflexology work?
Reflexology is based on the theory that all parts of the body are reflected onto the feet and hands. By working over the reflex areas on the feet, using specific compression techniques, the body’s own energies are encouraged to flow through channels or along nerve pathways to all parts, systems and areas of the body. This creates a sense of relaxation that enables the body’s own healing mechanisms to restore health and balance.
